At WholesaleVWParts.com, we stand behind the quality of every part we sell. To protect both our customers and our business, we have established the following return policy. Please read it carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date as confirmed by the shipping carrier. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Parts must be in new, uninstalled, and unmodified condition with all original packaging, hardware, and documentation intact.
- A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation must be included with all returns.
- Parts that show any signs of installation, mounting, attempted fitting, or physical modification will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
- Used parts are not returnable under any circumstances.
- Installed or tried parts are not returnable under any circumstances.
- Electrical parts, sensors, modules, control units, and any electronic components are non-returnable, no exceptions. These items are considered used once removed from sealed manufacturer packaging.
- Special order parts, dealer-sourced parts, and parts ordered directly from the manufacturer are non-returnable and non-cancellable once the order has been placed with the supplier.
- Parts that have been cut, drilled, painted, or otherwise altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Items sold as a kit or set must be returned complete. Partial kit returns will not be accepted.
Fitment Responsibility
- It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify correct fitment before installation. We strongly encourage all customers to use our VIN search tool to confirm compatibility prior to purchase.
- Ordering the wrong part due to incorrect vehicle information, failure to use the VIN search tool, or customer error does not constitute grounds for a return without a restocking fee.
- If a part fits the vehicle but is not the style, color, or version the customer expected, it is not considered a defective or incorrect part and standard return conditions apply.
Restocking Fee
- All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee charged against the value of the returned part(s). This fee is non-negotiable and will be deducted from any applicable refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the direct result of a verified error on our part (e.g., wrong part shipped).
- We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method for all returns. WholesaleVWParts.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Return Process
- All returns must be pre-authorized. Do not send parts back without first contacting us and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Unauthorized returns will be refused at delivery and returned to sender.
- To initiate a return, contact our parts team with your order number, the part number, and the reason for the return.
- Once an RMA is issued, the part must be shipped back within 10 business days. RMAs expire after 10 business days and will not be reissued.
- Upon receipt, all returned parts are inspected. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Refused returns will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Defective Parts
- If you believe you have received a defective part, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be considered defective return claims.
- Defective part claims are subject to inspection and verification. We may require photos or return of the part for evaluation before a replacement or refund is authorized.
- A part that does not fit due to incorrect ordering or vehicle modification is not considered defective.
- Defective electrical or electronic components may be subject to manufacturer warranty procedures rather than a direct return.
Non-Returnable Items — Summary
- Electrical parts, sensors, control modules, and any electronic components
- Special order and dealer-sourced parts
- Used, installed, or tried parts
- Parts returned without an RMA number
- Parts returned after the 30-day return window
- Parts not in original, resaleable condition and packaging
- Partial kit or set returns
- Cut, drilled, painted, or otherwise modified parts
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only prior to shipment. Once an order has been picked, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process if applicable.
- To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number. Cancellation is not guaranteed and is subject to order status at the time of the request.
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, a cancellation fee of 15% will apply regardless of shipment status.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return in accordance with this policy.
- WholesaleVWParts.com reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, parts unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
WholesaleVWParts.com reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to that transaction. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Returns and Cancellation Policy.
